THE Managing Director of T. Y. & Company, a Business and Management Consultancy Group in Bauchi, Titi Yakubu, has rated very high the level of commitment and teamwork of FAcE-PaM (Forward In Action for Education, Poverty and Malnutrition) staff in working to actualize the vision and mission of their organisation.
She gave the commendation recently while in a chat with Mass Communication Professor, Christiana Best on Sabbatical leave at FAcE-PaM, from the University of Jos, shortly after the Maiden FACE-PAM Retreat which was sponsored by the FAcE PaM Board Chairman and its Directors.
The Managing Director, said, "the whole essence of the Retreat by FAcE-PaM was to reposition FAcE-PaM to do better. It is, clear that the organization wants to become much better than it is now in terms capacity, in terms of teamwork and understanding the threats and opportunities the organization has. " One of the key things we see is that, yes, FAcE-PaM has a Strategic document to work with which every successful organization is supposed to have, and this document should guide its operations in terms of implementation of the strategic policy.
